    We use read-only access to your ERP, customs broker entry data, ACE reports and export records. You can also start with a simple CSV upload.

    Analyze

    AI matches import entries to exports at the line level, including substitution matching by HTS classification, and flags missing documentation.

    Review

    You receive a clear report with estimated recovery before anything is filed.

    File

    Claims are prepared and filed electronically with CBP through licensed customs broker partners.

    Recover and monitor

    Refunds are paid by CBP. Tarifund keeps monitoring new shipments for eligible duties.
